TICKETING

I lost my ticket, help!

Unfortunately, lost or damaged tickets cannot be replaced. Please keep your tickets safe.

Who can I contact if I have another ticketing question?

All ticketing matters are handled by the ticketing agent. Please contact them directly via the information provided on your ticket confirmation.

Can I buy tickets at the door / box office on event day?

Tickets may be available at the door unless the event is sold out. Please refer to the ticketing page for live availability.

AGE RESTRICTIONS & ID

Is there an age restriction?

Age restrictions differ based on the event. Please refer to the show rating listed on the event ticketing page.

What forms of ID do you accept?

Valid photo IDs include:

  • NRIC
  • Passport
  • Work Permit / S Pass / Employment Pass
  • Student Pass
  • Dependent Pass

 

Digital or photocopied IDs are accepted if valid on the event date.

IDs may be required for entry or alcohol purchase/consumption, and failure to present valid ID may result in denied entry with no refund.

RE-ENTRY

Can I exit and re-enter?

Re-entry is generally not permitted unless otherwise stated on the event page. Don’t worry, the Event is well stocked with food and drinks, and we are equipped with sufficient washrooms, a first aid station and other necessary amenities on site.

  • Empty, unsealed plastic reusable water bottle (no glass/metal)
  • Good vibes — remember to eat, hydrate, and enjoy yourself

FOOD, DRINKS & PAYMENT

Will food and drinks be available?

Yes. Most events offer a selection of food and beverage vendors, though specific offerings may vary.

Payment options on-site:

Cash, credit/debit card (payWave), and PayNow are accepted.

What happens if it rains?

Events typically proceed rain or shine unless otherwise stated.


STORAGE & LOCKERS

Are lockers available?

No. There are no lockers or storage facilities at the venue. Travel light and review the “What to Bring” and “Prohibited Items” sections.


SMOKING & VAPING

Can I smoke at the event?

Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.

Vaping and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited.

Anyone caught vaping will be removed and may be liable for penalties imposed by the authorities.


SECURITY

Will there be security checks?

Yes. All guests are subject to bag checks and security screening. Please arrive early.


PHOTOGRAPY, FILMING & LIVESTREAMING

Can I take photos or videos with my phone?

Personal-use photography is generally allowed unless otherwise stated.
Professional equipment is prohibited unless authorised.

Can I livestream the event?

No. Livestreaming is not permitted. Unauthorised recording or broadcasting may result in removal.

Will I be filmed or photographed?

By attending, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or archival use without compensation.

Prohibited Items

The following are not permitted at any event (including but not limited to):

  • weapons, or resemblance of weapons, including but not limited to knives, firearms, blunt offensive objects/batons and those with sharp ends;
  • outside food and beverage including alcohol and bottled water (empty plastic bottles are allowed);
  • straight umbrellas (foldable umbrellas are allowed); 
  • professional audio and/or video recording devices of any kind (including action cameras or similar)
  • professional cameras and photography equipment of any kind (including analog and/or digital DSLR, large sensor cameras, gimbals, etc.)
  • illegal substances including controlled, dangerous or illicit drugs;
  • E-cigarettes and other forms of vaporisers;
  • glassware (jars, bottles, containers, etc.);
  • metal objects (jars, bottles, containers, etc.);
  • large bags or items (musical instruments, luggage, etc.);
  • fireworks/flares/sparklers;
  • laser pointers;
  • cans or spray cans;
  • personal transport devices (bicycles, skateboards, skates and scooters);
  • helmets of any types;
  • chairs/stools/tables;
  • animals (other than trained assistance dogs);
  • musical instruments and/or noise makers including but not limited to drums, whistles, vuvuzelas, air horns and loud hailers without the prior consent of the Promoter/Organiser;
  • projectile items which are reasonably considered by the Organiser as being able to cause injury, nuisance or offence to another person including balls, frisbees, rackets or similar objects;
  • banners, flags, fan boards, posters larger than 1m (length or width) which has not been pre-approved for the Promoter/Organiser;
  • tripods, monopods and selfie sticks;
  • remote control cars, drones or unmanned aerial vehicles; and
  • unauthorised solicitation materials (handbills, flyers, stickers, beach balls, give-aways, samples and/or other promotional items);
  • other items as determined by the Promoter/Organiser that may cause injury or public nuisance.


The Promoter/Organiser and/or Event staff will not keep safe any prohibited/disallowed/confiscated items for you. There may be unmanned lockers/storage available for your use at the Event Venue, on a first come first serve basis. Any item(s) left behind are at your own risk. If you are found in the Event Venue with a prohibited item, it will be confiscated and will not be returned and may be given to the Police, you will be evicted, your Event Ticket will be cancelled with no refund, and you may be referred to the Police if necessary.

Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry to any persons, as it deems fit.

Is there First Aid?

Yes, if you’re not feeling well (we hope not!), trained medical personnel will be available on-site.


Accessibility

The venue is mostly wheelchair-friendly via barrier-free routes, except for certain areas with short staircases.

If you require assistance, email hello@24owls.sg before the event.
A wheelchair-accessible portable loo is available.


Restricted Zones

Some areas may have:

  • Limited capacity (first-come, first-served)

  • Age restrictions (e.g., 18+ zones)
    A valid ticket does not guarantee access to restricted zones.
